These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the website limini.us and the mobile applications of Limini distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play (the "Services"). By using the Services you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.

1. Description of the Services

Limini is a technology company providing AI enablement, solution and mobile development, automation, cloud architecture, and security and compliance services. Through the Services we provide information about our company and, where applicable, software applications and features.

2. Permitted use

• Use the Services in accordance with the law and these Terms.
• Do not interfere with the security or operation of the Services.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts or third-party data.
• Do not use the Services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes or in ways that infringe the rights of others.

3. User accounts

Some apps may require creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity carried out under your account. Notify us of any unauthorized use. You may delete your account at any time following the procedure on the Data Deletion page.

4. Intellectual property

The Services, including software, design, logos, text and other content, are the property of Limini or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. No license is granted other than the right to use them under these Terms.

5. App stores

Downloading and using our apps is also subject to the terms of the corresponding store (Apple App Store or Google Play). In the event of conflict regarding distribution, the store's rules prevail to the extent applicable. Apple and Google are not parties to these Terms and are not responsible for the apps. Subscriptions purchased inside an app are managed and cancelled through the corresponding store.

6. User content and data

You retain ownership of the content you enter into the Services. You grant us a limited license to process it for the sole purpose of providing the service to you. Processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Services available, but interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates or events beyond our control. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features, giving notice where appropriate.

8. Limitation of liability

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Limini is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law, including Chilean Law No. 19.496 and applicable United States consumer protection law.

9. Custom professional services

Where Limini provides development or advisory services under a contract, that specific contract prevails over these Terms to the extent applicable to that relationship.

10. Indemnity

You agree to hold Limini harmless against third-party claims arising from your misuse of the Services or your breach of these Terms.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

For users resident in Chile, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile and disputes are submitted to the competent courts of Santiago, Chile. For users resident in the United States, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York and disputes are submitted to the state or federal courts located in Westchester County, New York. This is without prejudice to rights the law grants consumers in their place of residence.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We publish the current version on this page with the date it was last updated. Continued use of the Services means you accept the changes.
