Account and data deletion

1. How to request deletion

You can request deletion of your account and all associated personal data in either of these ways:

• From the app: in applications that have user accounts, go to Profile → Settings → Delete account and confirm.
• By email: write to privacy@limini.us from the email address linked to your account, with the subject "Account and data deletion request", stating the application name.

To protect your account, we may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request. You do not need to have the app installed to request deletion.

2. What data is deleted

• Your user account and access credentials.
• Profile data (name, email address, phone number, preferences).
• Content and data you generated inside the application.
• Device identifiers and notification tokens linked to your account.

3. What we may retain, and for how long

We may retain, in limited form and only for as long as strictly necessary, the following:

• Transaction or billing records, where tax or accounting law requires retention (in Chile, generally up to 6 years; in the United States, as required by applicable federal and state law).
• Technical and security logs, anonymized or pseudonymized, for fraud prevention and audit, for a maximum of 90 days.
• Encrypted backups, which are overwritten on cycles of up to 30 days.

4. Timelines

We process requests within a maximum of 30 days from verification. Deletion from inside the app takes effect immediately for the account and primary data; backups are removed on the next rotation cycle. We confirm by email once deletion is complete.

5. Deleting only some data without closing your account

If you prefer to delete only part of your data (for example, specific content) while keeping your account, write to privacy@limini.us stating which data you want removed.
